Video and Voice Sync Issues
The Advanced Class Recording from 3/29/2018 with video and audio sync issues has been fixed. The new link is posted in the Advanced Online Resource Section. The problem should be solved for all future classes.
Freezing Recording Issues
Adobe upgrades their applications often to fix issues like we’ve been having and we have to keep up with the new upgrades. This needs to occur on our end and on yours. We upgraded our system today and ask that you do the same if you are having problems.
