What is Freedom?
The essence of true freedom originates within our own minds. Do we have a “slave mentality” or the mentality of free people who consciously create their own realities? When we live bound by mental ‘shoulds’, ‘coulds’, ‘oughts’ and ‘musts’, we are actually living our lives based upon ideas that are introjected from society and then accepted as our own. We believe that all of the laws of the world limit us, and yet the more we explore this idea, the more we see that it is only our own mind that limits us. Saying “yeah but” to this only causes us to dive deeper into limitations and self-imposed roles.
How Does Hypnosis Increase Your Sense of Freedom?
When the conscious and subconscious mind are conditioned to act in ways that do not bring us peace and joy, it is up to us to change that. With proper certification in hypnotherapy, we are empowered with tools that allow us to question and change deep seated belief systems that no longer serve us. To focus on what we truly want, rather than what we ‘should’ do, is one of the first steps toward living a satisfying and meaningful life. It all starts with our choice to move in the direction of getting to know who we really are, and what we truly want in this life.
Why Hypnotherapy Certification as a Path to Freedom?
Without the tools to know how to think and what to think, we are essentially pretending to be victims of the world that we see. Hypnosis training empowers us with a career that frees us from jobs that we do not love. It gives us our own profession, where we make our own hours, work where we want to, and when we want to. A career dedicated to helping others can give us our lives back. We can work one day a week or seven days a week, according to our own judgment. The choice is ours, and it all starts with the power of our free will to choose again if we are not happy.
